You can combine this with Pure Haven’s essential oil to add scent and reduce static, just like a dryer sheet would. As part of my non-toxic journey, I try to reduce the amount of fragrance especially in my home. Don’t be fooled by green washing!We all know how important it is to eat your veggies, but what about washing your face with them?
The Youth to the People Superfood Cleanser is advertised to be “healthy” for your skin, and does contain some natural ingredients, but unfortunately that’s not all it contains... Can you guess what ingredient ranked an 8 on EWG? You guessed it– FRAGRANCE!That’s not all though…This cleanser also contains COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE which has high immunotoxicity and impurities. This goes to show that products can contain both good and toxic ingredients. You couldn’t pay me to put this on my face! St. Ives Renewing Moisturizer may have collagen and elastin, but this $5 cream is not worth the hype. This product was recently “approved” by celebrity Gwyneth Paltrow, but with a 4 on EWG and a 8 for fragrance, this is a no-go for a non-toxic lifestyle. Although this product has 4.6 stars on Amazon, it is certainly not worth it.  If you are looking for that youthful glow without the harmful ingredients, I recommend Pure Haven’s Organic moroccan argan oil. Some products include good - as I have discussed before, these products can still contain toxic ingredients.But Fragrance is still second hand smoke!  With the Love Beauty & Planet Conditioner, it isn’t all bad…With a score of 8 for fragrance, it ranks a 4 on EWG.This product also contains Lactic Acid, which is a fragrance ingredient.This is definitely not the worst product out there.   View My Full Review
